Exchange & Refund Policy

• All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• In the event if customer received defective merchandise, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days after the date order was sent out.

• In the event if defective merchandise is out-of-stock, customer can choose to exchange for any item from existing/ past collection or store credit.

• Please check merchandise upon receiving your package and drop us an enquiry immediately.

• All SALES items are non-refundable and exchanges can only be done for defective pieces.

• H3 will not be providing any returns / refunds / credit codes should you purchase's merchandise from any third party.

• In the event of return packages for exchange and defects merchandise, H3 will not bear costs for the packaging or envelopes.

• If you receive an incorrect item please contact us and state your order number and email address used to make payment. We will then direct you on how to return your order and the correct item will be resent.
