Payment Methods
We only accept Internet banking transfer , Paypal , Visa and Mastercard. All orders will be charged and paid in Singapore Currency (SGD).

Please note that for interbank transfers (banks within Singapore only), funds may only be credited into our account within 3-5 working days. Hence orders will only be verified and processed after the transfers were credited into our bank account. Please check with your bank on your transfer status.

All prices are shown and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For overseas credit card payment , please check with your credit card company for accurate conversion rate and charges.


Our dispatch team will take 1 - 2 working days to pack and arrange for dispatch of your parcel following successful receipt of your order.
1. Shipping within Singapore

• All local delivery are dispatched via Singapore Post Office’s Registered Mail

• Door step delivery by postman. Recipient's signature required upon delivery.

• If a registered parcel is delivered and there is nobody to sign for it, a notification slip will be left behind. You may arrange re-delivery via SingPost’s online form or by calling 1605. Self collection can be done at the post office branch indicated on the notification slip.

• Registered parcels must be retrieved within 2 weeks of the first attempt at delivery. If it is not, Singpost will return the parcel to us. In such cases, the customers will be required to top up the necessary postage for it to be repackaged and mailed out again.

• Delivery takes up to 5 working days. Delivery during festive period may take up to more than 5 working days.

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Accuracy of Mailing Address

All orders will be shipped according to the mailing address filled by customers at checkout. Please ensure that your information is correct by double checking it in your invoice. We will not be liable for lost mail due to insufficient/incorrect mailing information provided by customers.
